Hi,

I have moved navigation and admonitions graphics from html based <img>
to a css based solution. This icons are part of the style so it makes
more sense to control them from the stylesheet.
Please check that the modify version is displayed OK in your browser
(I have tried ie6, firefox and Konqueror already).

I have added support for articles or chapters logos. Using
logo.image.src param you can specify a logo that will appear only in
the first page of your docs.
The xsl has been committed to doc_test/box_wrapper/
