I was typing that same answer :-) ...Additionally you could scrape the 
versions of your docs with a header and footer from the beta.boost.org 
pages:

http://beta.boost.org/doc/libs/1_34_0/libs/filesystem/doc/index.htm
http://beta.boost.org/doc/libs/1_34_0/libs/timer/timer.htm

But then you'll have to use the CSS from the website, or possibly from 
the IBD samples. Neither of which is a single CSS file, so be warned.
