[Boost-docs] to little space between lines for new green style

May I suggest the line-height in sandbox/boost_docs/doc/style/html/general.css 
be increased from it's current value of 1.15 to around 1.3?  I find 1.15 to 
put the lines of text so close together vertically it is uncomfortable to 
read.
