Done. I added it as a FAQ entry (for now, see below).

Matias, it would be great if we can add the content at
http://svn.boost.org/trac/boost/wiki/QuickbookSourceStylesheetProject
into quickbook docs for the next boost release. We need to stabilize
the links so I suggest putting all the relevant stuff into the
quickbook directory. Thoughts?
