Maybe: I certainly agree it would be better to try and make it obvious which
is the main link to the function definition, but it's not necessarily going
to be easy to achieve - let me think on that.

I'll try and look into that - could be a SNAFU in the xslt params for FO
generation, I don't think we've had numbered functions/paragraphs to deal
with before,
