I think the includes are best places directly in the
bindings/traits/ublas_vector/matrix headers.
I tried to commit such a FIX to the boost-sandbox. What I didn't realise is
that being able to commit to Boost does not allow be to commit to the
boost-sandbox. Patch is attached if sandboxer would like to commit.
