The boost-sandbox is good, but the sources are split between
boost/numeric/bindings and libs/numeric/bindings. This a bit dangerous,
because "libs/numeric/bindings" may be ignored, also it contains the
regression tests and the documentation.
The bindings from http://mathema.tician.de/software/boost-bindings are
better packaged.

I hope that there is not much difference in this respect between the two
places.
