This really looks good. I just saw your previous post in boost.devel. I should look there more often (than never) I guess...

PS: Just one minor addition. The ublas entities are pretty much version-less, since the interface is already fixed by the underlying concept and allocator specs seem not to interfere with save/load. Perhaps a bit more optimized serialization might be achieved by setting implementation_level to object_serializable.

I hope that ublas authors will take my files and commit it to boost CVS.
I'm sending them twice a year to the mailing list :p, just browse the
archives.

I'm sorry but I can't make necessary Boost.Test files that should
accompany those files (due to lack of time :/ ). That's why I didn't
submit it to tracker. I hope that ublas authors will be able to do it.

Those files should be placed in boost/serialization directory.
