for the other boost projects, the best is to send an email on the main boost mailing list.

It's true we don't have IRC for ublas. So I just connected to freenode.net and created a group called #ublas. My nickname is yimyom for those who want to talk to me directly.

I'm in London so my current time is UTC+1 as we apply DST scheme here.
