 I've added versions 1.31.0 onwards (the versions that are on the site).
 I've started on the earlier versions if they need doing (or maybe they
 could be combined into one item?). Here's the relevant changesets:

 [40741] I added support for the emphasis tag to bbook2rss.py - this was
 needed and pretty trivial so I went ahead and did it, hope you don't mind.

 [40740],[40743],[40745],[40746],[40747] Update the existing entry and add
 the others in the same style.

 [40748] Change the links to the equivalent version's documentation - I
 guess you might have other plans so I did this as a seperate revision that
 can be easily reverted.

 Because `bbook2rss.py` doesn't seem to support non-ascii characters I've
 removed all the accents from people's names. I can put them back fairly
 easily.
