 I have downloaded complete boost 1.38.0 and tried to build it. I got the
 same error: only static libs has been created for the
 boost::program_options library.
 I have used following command to build the boost:
 D:\TMP\SDK\boost_1_38_0>tools\jam\src\bin.ntx86\bjam.exe --build-
 type=complete -
 -toolset=msvc stdlib=stlport stage
