 Those revised dates are misleading since no one ever updates them. They're
 best removed. If you know of a place where the documentation is
 misleading, you should file a ticket, preferably with a patch as they
 library doesn't have a proper maintainer. But I don't think much has
 changed since 2008, looking through the history it's mostly bug fixes.
