 When qt4 is used with a lot of preprocessor defines and/or include
 directories it can happen that the moc action gets ”too long” (happens
 quite quickly on Windows). The attached patch works around the problem by
 utiliting moc's response file feature to pass preprocesser defines and
 include directories to moc.
