 Fixed in develop branch:

 SHA-1: bffd6c036c4402d91f284bc5c5e755a374e87b3d

 * Fixes #9915.
 * Uses intrusive is_convertible in MSVC compilers.
 * Removes some throw conditions in the documentation produced by the
 allocator copy constructor (as the standard requires no-throw guarantee
 for those).
