 I suggest that the Getting Started docs should mention:

 - Installing dependencies, in particular zlib-dev packages, before
 building. (zlib always seems to catch me out!)

 - Checking which dependencies b2 has and hasn't found before they scroll
 off the top of the screen.

 - How to re-run b2 after installing missing dependencies; b2 doesn't
 automatically detect that e.g. zlib-dev has been installed and caches the
 previous state, so --reconfigure is needed.
