Dave,

I added the requirement to the exe and now during the build I 
get the following error message, so I'm not sure the best way to 
proceed.

"target requirements conflict for requested build { <runtime-
link>dynamic <rtti>off <target-type>EXE <runtime-
link>static/dynamic }"

I am attempting to build both the <runtime-link>static/dynamic 
targets in my tree and want the static-linked build to be skipped for 
that one exe target.

Any suggestions?
