I continue to play the role of task master -- that is, suggesting others
to do work I could do myself ;-)

This time I'm thinking about path features (issue 579698). Whenever path 
property is specified in Jamfile and the path is relative, we need to 
translate it. Specifically,to take path to the jamfile, and join it with 
the features value. This is not a big feature, but we'd need it if we 
want to compile Boost with V2 ASAP.

Rene, do you have time/inclination to give it a try?
