FOX library needs -mwindows using MinGW

Hi 

This is probably a simple question to answer.

How do I link using the parameter -mwindows.

I can create my executable ok. But when I start the it there is always
a dos command window in the background. I compared the makefile and
noticed the link paramter -mwindows. Unfortunately after scouring the
doc and the boost build directory I could not find out how to do this. 

Probably it is too late ;}
