This is really cool. We now have only *one* toolset which is used in current
Linux and Windows regression tests and not yet supported by V2 (Comeau).

That's good! I have only one (mechanical) problem with your toolset. Some of
the lines appear to be wrapped in attachment, for example the first comment
looks like:

# (See accompanying file LICENSE_1_0.txt or copy at
http://www.boost.org/LICENSE_1_0.txt)

(Note there's no "#" on the second line). There are such wrappings in other
places too. Maybe you can try resending?

Ah.. and the "TODO" at the top on the first is probably no longer appropriate,
since you require CVS version ;-)
