Oh, we don't even discuss the BBv2 release in

Well, I don't know how that's organized. Oh, ouch: it is essentially
tools/build/v2, except that the jam_src has been moved down to the
top-level directory. Explaining that in the docs is going to make
this very essential step more complicated than necessary. How about
keeping the v2 directory at the top level?
