Hi All,

Sorry, I wasn't able to follow this list for several weeks. :(

So it seems that MIDL patch works. A couple of found issues are not
really MIDL issues but more general things. We can solve them
separately. I think it is time to submit the patch. :) I attached the
version that works with newly implemented response files.
