I can't reproduce this no matter what I do. Is it possible that you've
modified the toolset to add "m", but did not commit it to CVS, and then when
you run regression.py it downloaded a version where qcc.jam did not add -lm
at all?

As I've said, the most recent version you've sent to me is in CVS now, so
maybe running regression.py will work now. But be sure to verify the the
version of qcc.jam inside Boost that regression.py downloads is correct.
