I'm having problems with projects that use precompiled headers with
any version of MSVC. I'm attaching a minimal sample that reproduces
the problems. There seem to be two of them - the source file that
should generate the precompiled header is not passed to the compiler,
and when compiling source files that use precompiled headers, the
header name is passed gristed.
