[Boost-build] PCH docs

Hi,
I've just documented PCH support:

I'd appreciated if somebody comment on the wordings. Maybe I've missed 
something or got something wrong.

I've also documented the new "remove requirement" mechanism:

http://boost.org/boost-build2/doc/html/bbv2/advanced/targets.html#bbv2.advanced.targets.requirements

Feedback on that is also appreciated.
