I'm not sure. To be on the safe side, please find the current patch 
attached.
Some comments:
1) I'm not user if add-prefix/add-postix (better: add-suffix) are 
correct (generators.jam)
2) I've modified the test in test/relative_sources.py but was unable to 
run them (somehow my user-config.jam got in the way, have still to 
figure out why ...)
3) The usage of determine-target-name in other modules (I tried qt4.jam) 
in its current state is not a good idea because the include-path to the 
generated file is not adjusted. This should somehow be documented. I 
think that having more than one "a.ui" file in one Jamfile is asking 
for trouble anyhow :-))

And of course Jurko has made a couple of suggestions.
