OK, does that mean I should move DLLs out of <install-type>LIB on Cygwin, so
the stage.install puts it in $(binaries), <location>$(bin-locate) rather
than <location>$(lib-locate) ? If so, I don't see how to do that. If not, I
still don't see how to do this :(
I'm sorry, but I don't seem to parse this correctly.
