More precisely, the bug triggers when 'bjam --clean' is invoked,
followed by 'bjam -j4'.
This is the vivible side of this bug. I suspect there is a similar bug
-- maybe the same -- which appears when a CPP file is registered
first. Then sometimes, a CPP file is compiled with an old header file,
resulting in a corrupted build -- wich is currently a critical bug for
us.
