[Boost-build] Trying bjam --help

I open a command window and type 'bjam --help'. What I get is:

"Unable to load Boost.Build: could not find "boost-build.jam"

Attempted search from C:\Users\eldiener up to the root
at C:/Programming/share/boost-build

Please consult the documentation at 'http://www.boost.org'."

This is absurd. Why should it be necessary to locate anything just to 
give me help about the Boost Build 'bjam' command ? Please fix this.
