I have reverted this instance of the spam attack and for that page
only.

It is likely not to be 100% perfect as I:
*  viewed the differences between version 1 and 1;
*  copied that into a text editor;
*  removed the spaces & line numbers at the start of each line;
*  replaced the contents of the page with the corrected text
so I may have some of the spacing at the start incorrect.

It would be nice if there was a more automated way of doing this.

Also, putting an annonymous access username and password on
the login makes it easier for spammers to target -- kind of defeats
the purpose of having authorised access.
