Hi there

Firstly, I apologize - I am sure this request must have been put before, but I am still stuck.

I am using Windows XP, Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 and Boost 1.35.0.

I can successfully run bjam (without any parameters) to build release libraries for Win32 (example boost_mpi-vc90-mt-1_35.lib and dll)
But I would also like debug libraries and amd64 libraries (debug and release, cross compiled).
How do I do this?
