It's a bloody good idea :), could you tell me in which files those warnings are printed, i did a research on lib and boost directory but i didn't find them ...

Well, some estimates ? I've got similar complaints from my co-worker who actually likes bjam ;-)) And right now those "warnings" are showing up as "warnings" in our experimental BuildBot setup :-((
The concrete warnings can be suppressed (--without-mpi, setting EXPAT_*) but it would be nice to have them off when building from outside of the Boost source tree (and not requiring those libs.)

You could just do like we did and comment out the warning lines in your copy of boost.  :-)
