Thanks Steven !
The patch remove the "-iphoneos_version_min" warning.

But I still have the dyld: lazy symbol binding failed when I run my exe on a 10.5 :(

So here's my bjam command :

bjam address-model=32 architecture=x86 macosx-version=10.6
macosx-version-min=10.4 --with-macosx-sdk=/Developer/SDKs/MacOSX10.4u.sdk
--toolset=darwin

First, the bjam binary (I compiled when I installed boost) give me some
errors at the beginning of each compilation :
/Volumes/MFE_VAN/mac32/workspace_ColorTribe_newGeneration/boost-1.43.0/build/v2/tools/types/._asm.jam:1:
syntax error at EOF
(...)
But these errors don't seem to bother the process.

At the end of the compilation, I get a :
ld: warning: unknown option to -iphoneos_version_min, not 2.x or 3.x.

I think I remember fixing something like this recently....

Ah, here it is: https://svn.boost.org/trac/boost/changeset/62534

Try applying that patch and see if it works better.
