Says to get boost.build from the official website.

However on the Download, there is no bootstrap.bat available.

I tried the Nightly Build, and it is there, but gives me the following error:

C:\boost-build>bootstrap
Bootstrapping the build engine
'cl' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

Is there just a temporary mistake on the boost.build site maybe?
