I just downloaded the boost build tarball from here:

http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/boost/boost-build-2.0-m12.tar.bz2

The docs say that there should be a script called bootstrap.sh:

http://www.boost.org/boost-build2/doc/html/bbv2/installation.html

I don't see that file in the root of the build directory.  Did I do something wrong?
