Good evening,

When I follow the instructions on getting started (http://www.boost.org/doc/libs/1_55_0/more/getting_started/windows.html), go to the root directory on command prompt, and type boot strap I get the following message.

Building Boost.Build engine
'cl' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

Failed to build Boost.Build engine.
Please consult bootstrap.log for furter diagnostics

bootstrap.log's contents are listed below
Has anyone had this issue, or know what might be wrong?

Thanks,
Daniel
