Hi,

I'm wondering whether it's a b2 bug or I'm missing something, if I invoke b2 on the annexed project it works, but b2 -j4 does not (Windows only, I do not know a non-Windows case).

The projects c and b depends on a. Project c works always, it's a test, but b works and fails depending on -j option value.

Is there a better approach to achieve what I want?
