Guess renaming .v2 to .jam in entire Boost C++ libraries codebase would be good.
I would not want a warning thought - no need to make users' life harder over a cosmetic issue.

On the contrary, deprecating a feature means:
* not documenting it at all
* emitting a warning on its use
Otherwise deprecation is void of any sense.
