I have Python 3.5 installed as a part of a package called Anaconda.

My project-config.jam and user-config.jam are attached – I’ve used each.

You also need to have python installed (see the official python website), and have the include and libraries folder of python in your project (default install path on my machine was C:\python3-5\ ).
