just a little note that I just checked in build-system support for
Boost.Python's NumPy extension into the develop branch, so this now
requires the "sphinx" tool to be set up in the development environment.
(Tested locally on Linux as well as a Windows 10 VM)
I'll watch out for the next build on
http://www.boost.org/doc/libs/develop/ to see how it worked out.
