Hi,

we have some issues while cross compiling Boost.Thread.

I have a PR https://github.com/boostorg/thread/pull/160#issuecomment-331939817 that solves almost the issue, but there is yet a detail.

The PR doesn't reach to set the usage-requirements in line with the deduced configuration of the Boost.Thread build.

The PR needs to duplicate the logic on the Boost.Thread tests Jamfile.
