[Boost-docs] Listing this on the web site

I complained on the main list that this list wasn't listed on the 
mailing-list page.  I added a blurb about this list.  I gave the 
homepage for Boost.Doc as <a href="../tools/boostbook"> because I'm 
hoping that the interim stuff at 
"http://www.cs.rpi.edu/~gregod/boost/tools/boostbook/doc/html/" is 
going to move there someday.

Did I make a good call?  Is there something better to put on the 
mailing-list page about this list?
