This morning's trunk doc build had many errors in
boost/preprocessor/slot/detail/shared.hpp. Here is the beginning of
them:

Could someone familiar with doxygen please take a look at this, figure
out whose problem it is, and try to resolve the problem? Or forward it
to whoever might be able to resolve it.
