ReSharper C++ 2016.1, a Visual Studio productivity extension for C++ developers by JetBrains, is available and includes support for running unit tests written using the Boost.Test library (Boost 1.59 and later are supported).

ReSharper C++ is available for free for students, teachers and non-commercial open source projects, and has a free 30-day trial for other users.
