Hi,

I've created this pull request:

https://github.com/boostorg/signals/pull/1

to resolve compilation failures for Boost.Signals in 1.56.

Note that I intentionally targeted it against master as it is not required for 
develop. The recently applied changes to Boost.Iterator in develop already fix 
that problem. This pull request is needed in case if Boost.Iterator is not 
merged to master before the release.
