Ok, I think I've got the -a option successfully applied
I took out all the deletes from results (shouldn't have taken out the one
for the .log files so I put that back in). The results haven't yet made it
to the regression page (I'd stopped the scheduled run for 1300UT so I could
look at my local files from the 0100UT run). I manually ran it again at
1516UT and it finished about 2 hours later.

hopefully this will be all that's necessary.
