Hmm, 'is_abstract.hpp' says that the "new" EDG frontend supports this 
correctly. Should I perhaps add a definition in "common_edg.hpp" instead of 
  "compaq_cxx.hpp"? CXX 6.5-042 reports 245 as __EDG_VERSION__, Intel C++ 
7.0 has 300, so I'm guessing __EDG_VERSION__ < 300 would be the right check.
