I don't even know if this is a DLL being built, but here's what I get:

ALL "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio
8\Common7\Tools\..\..\VC\bin\VCVARS32.BAT" >nul
     "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio
8\Common7\Tools\..\..\VC\bin\link" /nologo /DEBUG
/subsystem:console
/out:"C:\Projects\results\bin\boost\status\switch_construct.test\vc-8_0\debug\threading-multi\switch_construct.exe"
/LIBPATH:"C:\Projects\results\bin\boost\libs\test\build\libboost_test_exec_monitor.lib\vc-8_0\debug\threading-multi"
@"C:\Projects\results\bin\boost\status\switch_construct.test\vc-8_0\debug\threading-multi\switch_construct.CMD"

     mt -manifest

the reason for the _may_ is that the regression test is in progress at htis
time and the relevant page(s) might be overwritten in the next hour or so.
