[Boost-testing] Testing in Release Mode?

Are there any plans to run tests in release mode ?

Another question. I've locally built serialization libray results by 
requiring that the static rather than dynamic library be used.  I could add 
this to the test Jamfile but I thought i heard that the como toolset was 
going to be tweaked to address this.  What's the deal here?
