[Boost-testing] Digital Mars v2 toolset

Hi,

I just had a quick try at using the toolset and linking is failing. I
think it's because the linker is being called as: "c:/dm/bin/"link -
the forward slashes are confusing the linker. Using "c:\dm\bin\"link
seems to work fine. Would it be possible to change to the toolset to
do that?
