[Boost-testing] [Huang-WinXP-x86_32][Martin Wille x86_64] Another test timeout?

The test regex_regress_threaded test appears to be timing out on these 
platforms:

gcc- 4.2.1_linux_x86_64:  http://tinyurl.com/3cbn8s
intel-vc8-win-10.0:       http://tinyurl.com/2v9jf9

Should I mark these as expected, or is there a fix possible at the test 
machine end?
